We never want costs to stand in the way of quality treatment, which is why we are dedicated to providing our patients with care that is both effective and affordable.

Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable (pre)- estimated fees and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered.  Please familiarize yourself with your dental plan coverage's and deductibles.

In addition to those forms of payment we are pleased to offer financing options through Care Credit.

Security Policy: This site has encryption and security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control.   Your payment and personal information is our utmost primary concern.  Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available for secure commerce transactions.  It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address so that it cannot be read over the Internet.

Privacy Policy: We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site.  We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visit.  We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Refund Policy: Please call our billing department at 860-633-5246 if you wish to request a refund on payments made.  Refunds will be processed with in 30 business days and can be either made to the card the payment was made from or issued a check to the account holder, whichever is preferred.

Shipping & Delivery Policy:  Currently we do not ship or deliver products from our office

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your  dental insurance benefits. Because insurance policies can vary drastically, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts.

When you first visit our office, bring your current insurance card with you. If you change insurance companies or join another employer’s plan please be sure to let us know.  A copy of a drivers license will also be required so we can validate subscribership. 

If an insurance referral is necessary, please bring the completed form with you to your appointment.

We are a preferred contracted provider for these three carriers; Delta Dental, Anthem & CIGNA and can submit claims to all carriers on your behalf. Other carriers not listed above whom we do NOT contract through, be advised that out of network benefits may differ from contracted benefits.  Please be sure to call your carrier for plan specific details.

Although we will fully attempt to help you receive your insurance benefits; please remember, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within a reasonable time frame.
